These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://neuralsoft.digital and engagement of estimate sessions offered by NeuralSoft Digital (“we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you accept these Terms.

Services described

We provide informational desk sessions on crypto loan collateral ratios and liquidation buffer estimates for desktop users. We do not operate a lending desk, custody assets, execute trades, or process loan agreements. Pricing on this site is informational; no checkout is offered here.

Acceptance and eligibility

You confirm you have authority to share the collateral and loan information you submit. Sessions are offered to adults acting for themselves or an organization they represent.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original materials remain our property or that of respective owners. Session summaries delivered to you may be used internally for your loan decision. You may not republish our guides as your own product.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of inventories, schedules, and balances you provide. Estimates reflect agreed assumptions at session time; markets move afterward. You remain solely responsible for lending decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on estimate sessions, including losses tied to liquidations, margin calls, or lender actions. Our aggregate liability for a given paid session is limited to the fees paid for that session.

No professional investment advice

Sessions explain collateral math under stated assumptions. They are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daejeon shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
