Client Stories
Specific reviews, not generic praise.
“They caught that my BTC haircut left almost no buffer once the lender’s maintenance LTV was applied. I resized the borrow before signing. The session ran long by ten minutes, which I minded a little, but the corrected figure was worth it.”
“We used the health check after ETH moved against us. The ratio note was short — one page — and showed exactly where our comfort line had been crossed. No attempt to sell a larger loan.”
“The scenario walkthrough made the forced-close price visible on my second monitor. I still disagreed with one haircut assumption, and they labeled it as mine rather than hiding it.”
“Prep instructions were clear: tickers, quantities, target principal. The desk summary matched what we discussed. I would have liked a Korean-language appendix; we translated it ourselves.”
Extended story: Resizing a mixed stack
A treasury contact brought four collateral lines — BTC, ETH, a large-cap alt, and a stablecoin sleeve — intending to borrow against the full mix. During the Collateral & Liquidation Buffer Review, the alt haircut consumed most of the theoretical buffer once maintenance LTV was applied.
We rebuilt the estimate with the alt removed from the pledge set. Liquidation distance widened enough that the client kept the original principal target without adding more BTC. The session did not change the lender; it changed which coins left the wallet.
Extended story: Open-loan drift
Six weeks after posting, a borrower booked a ratio health check when weekend volatility thinned headroom. The desktop recalculation showed the buffer still above their written floor, but only by a narrow margin on one price path. They scheduled a follow-up scenario walkthrough rather than topping up immediately — and used that second hour to decide a partial principal repay instead of more collateral.
