Refund Policy

This policy covers paid estimate sessions from NeuralSoft Digital: collateral and liquidation buffer reviews, ratio health checks, and liquidation scenario walkthroughs. It does not cover physical goods, software licenses, or lending products — we do not sell those.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on when you cancel relative to the confirmed session start and whether work has already begun (including prep review of materials you sent).
Full refund
You receive a full refund of session fees paid if you cancel in writing (email to info@neuralsoft.digital) at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time, and we have not yet delivered a written estimate summary.
Partial refund
Cancellations between 48 and 12 hours before start: 50% refund of the session fee, unless a non-refundable deposit was stated in your confirmation (see Deposits).
Non-refundable situations
- Cancellation within 12 hours of start, or no-show without notice
- Sessions already completed and summary delivered
- Prep work already performed at your request for complex multi-lender reconciliations after you approved a prep fee in writing
- Third-party payment processor fees that cannot be recovered (deducted from any refund where applicable)
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before start. Later reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timelines above.
Deposits
On-site Daejeon bookings may require a deposit stated in the confirmation email. Deposits are applied to the session fee. They follow the same timeline rules as session fees unless the confirmation states a deposit is non-refundable after a given date.
Work already started
If you asked us to begin inventory reconciliation before the meeting and then cancel, we may invoice reasonable prep time already spent at the quoted hourly prep rate in your confirmation, deducting that amount from any refund.
No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed remote or on-site session and do not message us within 15 minutes after start, the session is charged in full.
Refund process and timing
Email info@neuralsoft.digital with your name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add several days.
