Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, optional session type, collateral asset notes, and message content

  • Technical logs: standard server or host logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) if enabled by our hosting provider

We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or full account passwords. Please do not send them.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver estimate sessions, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Retention

Inquiry messages without a booked session are typically retained up to 24 months. Session files and invoices are retained up to 5 years unless a longer period is required by Korean law or an active dispute. You may request earlier deletion where law allows.

Depending on context, we process data to perform a contract (delivering a booked session), on the basis of your request prior to contract, for legitimate interests in operating a professional desk practice, or to comply with legal obligations.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in the Republic of Korea. If hosting or email providers process data outside Korea, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections where required.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact info@neuralsoft.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small professional practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

The site and sessions are not directed to children under 14.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change materially.
