We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or full account passwords. Please do not send them.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver estimate sessions, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Retention

Inquiry messages without a booked session are typically retained up to 24 months. Session files and invoices are retained up to 5 years unless a longer period is required by Korean law or an active dispute. You may request earlier deletion where law allows.

Depending on context, we process data to perform a contract (delivering a booked session), on the basis of your request prior to contract, for legitimate interests in operating a professional desk practice, or to comply with legal obligations.
