About

A Daejeon practice focused on collateral headroom, not loan placement.

Why we exist

Crypto loans fail quietly when the liquidation buffer was never written down clearly. NeuralSoft Digital started as a desk habit in Daejeon: before anyone pledged coins, we rebuilt the collateral math on a large monitor where haircuts, loan-to-value, and price distance could sit side by side.

We kept that habit and turned it into booked estimate sessions. The work still happens on desktop — the same setting our clients use when they read lender schedules late in the evening.

How we work

Sessions are conversational and number-led. We ask for the assets you intend to pledge, the principal you hope to borrow, and any haircut table the lender already shared. Then we estimate the buffer in language you can take back to a counterparty without translation into marketing slogans.

We stay independent of lending desks. That distance matters when the question is whether your buffer is enough, not whether a product should be sold.

Place and people

Our office sits at 480 Daedeok-daero, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon 34047. Remote reviews are common; on-site desks are available when a team wants to sit with printed term sheets and a shared screen.

The practice remains deliberately small. One reviewer leads each session so assumptions stay consistent from the first spreadsheet cell to the closing note.

Values we hold to

  • Plain assumptions — every haircut and price source is stated
  • Desktop clarity — figures must be readable on a working monitor, not compressed into a phone card
  • No loan sales — we estimate risk headroom; we do not push products
  • Respect for Korean business hours — replies within one business day, sessions booked with prep time

If that approach matches how you want to size collateral, request a review.
